Hi IM’s, I am in the early stages of leaving my husband. I have one child and I work. Currently on permanent part time basis and earn around $30,000 per year. I have been on the Centrelink site to work out my payments, but keep getting told I will get $0. Does anyone have more idea of how much I am likely to receive? Thank you so much ladies.

You won't receive the SPP but you should receive Fam Tax A, Fam Tax B and child support from your ex. Look at the estimator the estimates how much Fam Tax you are entitled to.
They seperate the payment and the ftb, so you won't get a payment when you earn certain amount but you will always get ftb a and b and child support.
If your child is under 8 and you get a small amount of child support (up to say 100 per week), you could get about 750 a fortnight in single parenting pension from memory (I was in this financial situation 5 plus years ago). If your child is over 8, you might get 50 bucks a week if you're lucky, but it's not worth all the paperwork/appts to be honest.
Child support works off both their incomes so there is no way you can estimate that without that information
If you read my response CAREFULLY, I qualified my answer with if she received 100 or less a week of cs, as I, myself was in this exact financial situation a few years ago. I am well aware of how it works, do you have anything to actually contribute to the IMs question?
I earn 75000, I get $400 a week child support. You can’t estimate her child support without knowing her husbands income
Why bother, you obviously can't read.
