Language development in 15 month old

I have a 15 month old daughter who has over 100 words in her vocabulary and has just started speaking in two word sentences eg "go outside" or "put wiggles on", " more milk ". I'm just wondering if that's typical for a 15 month old or advanced?

Her older brother has ASD and didn't talk until 3.5, so this is a new experience for me.
I'd love to hear other mum's experiences.
Thank you

That's awesome, what an advanced little girl. Sometimes it can indicate learning difficulties when they speak in larger sentences but it's very unlikely. It sounds like she's just well ahead of others her age.

Not typical its advanced, my little one was same I never realised just how advanced until I had a second normal one. And its not just speech because with speech comes understanding, she had colours she could count things and follow directions and ask for things from shops, recognise flags and signs its quite amazing thinking of it now, no wonder people always commented!
She was well ahead in prep even though I dont push the academics at all, Im more concerned for the whole-child and I really believe its even more important for a smart kid to know themselves, not just be 'the smart kid'. If i taught her she could have read at 3 but she had way more important things to do. She knows her interests and really invests in investigating them. Shes always busy and listening and just picks things up really quickly.

I think it sounds a little advanced but not overly. She is doing well.

My daughter started saying proper words at 8 months (bye bye, mum, dad, nanny, drink and a few more). She was talking pretty fluently at 15 months too (pretty much on par with her 3 year old brother). She's 8 now and literaly not stopped talking since then, even in her sleep 😂.

It's probably not the norm but I don't think it's cause for concern either. They just do things when they're ready 😊

Id say she is a bit adanced.
18 month old daughter here only been putting two words together the last few weeks and will mimic most words you get her to say.

I wouldn't put too much thought into it at this stage. All kids just do their own thing when they are ready and while she is going great and may be above average it's definitely not unheard of and I do know other kids who were like this at this age and younger.

Normal/typical is what is expected for a child in that developmental stage. What your baby can do is expected in average two-three year old development, so yes it sounds like your little girl is a very early talker!
