Divorce settlement advice

Husband is leaving me ... He has options in a company that is about to float on the ASX. He is pressuring me to sign over my share (35%) of options for small nominal amount as it is too difficult to transfer into my name and deal with tax etc. I need advice as I feel that I am being sold short. He is offering me an after tax price per share of 51c.

I haveno experience but being cynical, can it really be that hard to sell to you?
As a guide find out how much it would cost to buy the same amount of shares.

If you want to keep the shares, you can do an off market transfer into your name, very easy.

Have worked in a share registry for many years - it's not too difficult to do a transfer off market at all. Speak to a financial planner or advisor regarding his offer - they'll be in the best position to tell you if the options are worth holding onto.
