Hi im’s!
I don’t know if this is a silly question but I feel a little crazy! I’m a mum of 2 young children and lately I’ve been so forgetful! The smallest thing I can easily just forget, I’m a little worried but is this just a normal thing of motherhood? Or should I be concerned and a visit to my GP? It’s nothing major of the things I forget, just if I am asked something to do, or if I have to do something, or I could be in a conversation with someone and I can’t even think of the correct words to use sometimes! My hubby works away and I am feeling the exhaustion a lot more then before now. 😴

This was me for the first teo years. Couldnt even find words to make a sentence. It was terrible. For me it was stress and exhaustion and just the whole load, it definitely wasnt healthy.
You might just be really stressed and tired. Can you get more help from friends and family for a bit and try to find ways to relax and be alone without kids? I really feel for you. If I start forgetting, I find it's cause it's all just too much. If slowing down and trying to recover your energy a bit doesn't work, talk to your doctor.
As a person who has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I can almost guarantee that your memory lapses would be due to tiredness.
Keep track of everything in a diary/your phone. It's a huge help.
