Hemangioma

Has anyone had A child who has developed a Hemangioma at age 4+?
I've done some reading and have found nothing about them developing so later in life and only at birth or within the first year of life.

We are booked into see a paediatrician. My GP said they will either monitor it, take a sample or discuss removing it ( it's right in the middle of her face) it also was not there two months ago, has been growing quite quickly.
Just wanted to see if anyone else has had their kids develop one around this age and what did you do about it?
