Returning to study

Hi Mummas!! So I'm thinking about heading to uni for the first time ever, after being home for 5 years, to get ready to return to work after my babies are off to school. I'm so lost though. I have no idea what to study. No idea what I want to do. No idea where to start. I feel like I have lost 'me' the last 5 years and don't know what I want to do. I've always had "jobs", but I really want to start working on a "career". I think I'm after ideas. What careers do you have? Do you love it? Is it family friendly? I'm not really sure what I'm looking for...
