I had the harmony test done which has detected an issue with trimosy 13 - Pateau syndrome. Has anyone had this result through the test, to have a healthy baby?

I'd seek out farther testing from here on. The harmony just indicates that there is a much more increased risk of the child being exposed to it, what was the percentage given? The next step would be the nuchal scan, it's great they've found it so early on though as some women get right through the second trimester to the 20 week scan and aren't even aware. A scan should be able to show if there's any abnormalities forming (usually seen in the facial and brain department). It's also generally more detectable via an ultrasound.
Good luck and fingers crossed for a good outcome. I'd also recommend chatting to a genetic counsellor of some sort, whoever conducted your harmony should be able to offer this service :)
Your next step is to have an amnio centesus, the harmony test is pretty accurate but sometimes false results do make their way through. I have no experience with patau syndrome/trisomy 13 but I just googled it. Please have the amnio and see where you need to go from there.
Iam so so sorry that you are having to deal with this. When i was pregnant with my daughter i was told at the 19 week scan that there was a possibility of my baby having trisomy 18..she had choroid plexus cysts on her brain which indicated that there could ve a problem..for 5 weeks i was a mess, sad every day and crying because i was worried she may have had it.. my dr even offered me an abortion which i thankfully declined... further scan showed the cysts had dissapeared and everything looked good although they couldnt garrentee 100% that everything was..fast forward untill now and i have a perfect almost 3 yr old who is smart and healthy...if you can get further testing done not all tests are right and good luck to you mumma xo
