Endometriosis diagnosis and help?

Mama's who have been diagnosed with Endo how'd you go about fixing it?

I recently had my first bubba (four months ago) and my ovulation/period pain is a thousand times worse and the pain is now all up my back into my shoulders and ribs. I was told by one Dr that it wasn't endometriosis as I was too young. (Been suspected since I was 16) and now I'm getting told that because I had a child without actively trying it can't be Endo. I have so many symptoms of Endo but no one will listen to me. I'm so tired of my body hurting so much so often and am about ready to find someone who will just give me a hysterectomy and get it over with.

Have you consulted a gyno? Endometriosis isn't something that a doctor diagnoses nor do they specialise in it, they only know the generic textbook symptoms/facts. Get onto a decent gynaecologist who will help to diagnose you, request a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy as this will 100% rule it out or tell you whether you are suffering from it (they put little cameras up you and through your belly). It's very simple and the recovery is only a few days :)
