Toddler dirorea

My 3 year old boy has been diagnosed with toddler diaoriea roughly 6 months ago has any ims got any advice or if their have had it how long till it passed, peditrian says it goes away in time, he is behind in toliet training but is slowly getting there its hard to know when he is going to have dirty pants (tests came back clear for dairy gluten intolerance)

I would seek another opinion. That doesn't sound right. It might be dietary related? Or IBS. BUT 6 months is a long time for anyone

Thanks, tests came back clear for dairy gluten intolerance all good, feels like it has gone on way to long

The only other major food group would be soy? Soy can be a big one. But seek another opinion. It sounds rough for all of you!

I would go see a dietitian (apd) to check his diet.

He may be fructose intolerant. I'd see a dietitian, an elimination diet nay be helpful. It may be a more specific intolerance.
I would get a second opinion from a gp too, make sure they check every potential physical issue, once physical issues have been completely ruled out I'd almost guarantee it's a dietary issue.

You could try a good childrens pro biotic too to try and get his gut bacteria back to a normal balance.

Doctors are not trained in nutrition. Look into gut health via a naturopath and dietician. I would test ok for gluten and dairy but they do cause me issues. An elimination diet under the care of a professional is the only way
