Possible misscarriage

I have been bleeding all day while pregnant. Early in the pregnancy. I had an ultrasound today and my little jelly bean had a heartbeat but their is cramping and blood. I've been to the Doctors and now we play the waiting game. She said she was pretty sure it was a misscarriage but not certain, no clotting in the blood as of yet.

So I guess all I'm asking for is hope and stories of similar nature still going full term and having healthy babies. I don't want to hear how likely it is, I already know. I just want hope.
