Suggestions on cheaper contents insurance in QLD please

Suggestions on cheaper contents insurance in QLD 😊 Please

I'm currently with Suncorp for my contents insurance and pay roughly $47 a month for 40k of contents. This is a ridiculous amount each month on one wage as a single working parent. My parents pay a tad more each month for both a house and contents, so I'm feeling at a loss.

I'm at a loss with who to go with. Can anyone suggest a cheaper contents insurance that isn't painful to deal with?

Edit: I stuck with Suncorp for so long because of their great customer service, quick and easy etc. and that I am covered under allot of different quirks. I've been with them going on 5 years and have made 0 claims.
