No you can't :) if you're wanting to check out sperm quality they'll send him for a sperm count (hubby did his in the comfort of home and then had to quickly drive it somewhere). The U/S checks for any unusual masses on the testes or for any reason why there may be a low sperm count etc.
No. It will just look like a white circular shape on the screen.
You can't see sperm.
