Husband and I are very lucky to have 3 beautiful healthy children, but we really would love one more. I'm 40 this year. It will be my 4th cesarean birth. Just after some real experiences if anyone's been in this similar situation. We aren't too worried about the family dynamic as such, more the health complications for mum and baby (& we realise everyone is different/unique health issues) Many thanks ?

I'd have a chat to your GP and an obstetrician. I am having a C-Section and she asked me how many children I plan to have, she said any more than 3 then we need to consider whether C-Sect is the way to go or not. As we only wanted 2 we didn't delve further into the conversation though :)
