I've always been slim, But in the last couple of years I have put on over 10kg while I don't like the weight gain my bigger issues is I feel like crap all the time. I'm struggling to eat well, I'm not sure if it's my hormones or not but nothing tastes good anymore, I'm so sensitive to smell so often foods smell bad to me too, I never feel like eating, I would happily live on coffee milk instead of food. I need to get out of this bad habit and I don't know how too. I've always been a fussy eater but use to eat a good variety not any more. I also work afternoon shift and aren't home to eat dinner with the family and hate things warmed up and really don't feel like eating a lot at 8pm anyway. Help how do I break this cycle.

It sounds like you have some ungoing issues that have become just too big to ignore.
Have you spoken to a GP? Some medical issues can cause problems with taste. Also speaking to a dietician who takes a non diet approach to food, could be very helpful.
Have you had a mental health check?
Also, identify what does smell good. Jump on the taste website and go nuts. Last night I made quinoa tabouli and roast chicken layered salads in jars (swapped the feta for goats cheese for something different) and popped them in the fridge, one for lunch today and one for tomorrow, they look and smell great. Other than that, I prepare a big pot of food whenever needed and freeze meals. I currently have some gourmet curried sausages, cooked rice and quinoa, salmon pasta bake and sweet potato soup all in frozen portions in the freezer for those nights I'm hungry but don't have time to cook or for work lunches.
