Hand sanitizer
Rubbing alcohol
Nail polish remover - but I'd spot test somewhere hidden to make sure it doesn't damage the paint.
Hair spray
Baking soda paste (just mix with a bit of water).
I've never had to clean permanent marker off of walls myself so I don't know if these work, but its what I've heard other parents say that they've used.
My son did this years ago.
Only yhing that workd was toothpaste left for a few minutes and wipe off.
Took q few goes with it lightening each time
Toothpaste was a life saver when my son drew on my walls with permanent marker in my rental home. Go over it a few times and it should be gone. I just made sure it was white toothpaste, not the one with the green or blue mint through it (just in case)
