Google around your area and look for singing schools or even a performing arts school. There are aldo some great aps out there to help you work on your pitch and tone if you want some confidence before starting
If you post in your local classifieds or buy, swap and sell group you'd probably have better luck there. Good luck :)
Join a choir..soul song is good and teach a lot about singing as well..Tuesday night's!
