Today I had a HSG test and just found out today both of my fallopian tubes are blocked. I would love some pregnancy good news stories to give me hope. Thanks in advance

You can still have children, however it is most likely that you will need to conceive via IVF. Have a chat to your fertility specialist and see what they recommend :) If it is just one tube it is possible to conceive naturally and via IUI but with both blocked, it's not possible and if you did, it is more likely to be ectopic as it can't get to wear it needs to go :(
