I have a 10month old who is usually happy , but all he has done is scream for the last week. And then constantly making him self vomit. I dunno my think I can take much more of it. It's driving me insane. He can walk and all he does is follow me around and scream all day. I pick him up that doesn't help. I try to play that doesn't help and he won't sleep ! We both work and it's taking a huge toll on our relationship. And suggestions on what to do or could he be sick ?

I'd take him to the doctors
Doctor. Now. Babies can't tell us what they need, other than crying (screaming). Please go to your gp right away, or call your local dial-a-doctor, or if it's that bad, go to your local ER. They won't turn away a distressed infant!
If its affecting your relationship, no bother, baby comes first!!!
Doctor! Is he teething? Is he in pain? Have you tried pain relief?!
