Dentist fears

Hi Ladies!
I have a question regarding dental work.
Since having my daughter me teeth have gone to the pits.
I've been to embarrassed to go due to their state and of course open mouth smiles are a no no!!
My teeth are so bad I think dentures are my only option.
Money is an issue. We don't have a few grand just lying around
I so miss my smile and confidence.
Does anyone know if there are any dentists around that offer payment plans?
