Government assistance when moving in with a partner.

Hi ladies,

So my partner and I would love to move in together. I have a son to a different relationship who is 6 and he has two children to an ex who are 5 and 3, we have his children 40% of the time. We are now expecting a child together in early May.
I've been on a single parents pension with my son for quite some time and am aware that once we live together this will stop.
His income is roughly $1000 a week and ontop he has a house he rents out and gets roughly $1000 a month for that.
Just enquiring as to whether we will be eligiable for any government assistance (we live in Qld) at this time.
I also receive $200 a fortnight child support if that will affect anything further. Thanks in advance.

Can you run a centrelink calculator? You will still get something, ftb, and if you dont its because of his income so the same money is still there, or more, and less billsof having to run two households.

Centrelink would be the best place to contact to get the most accurate answers for this! Hope it goes well!!
