Walking and working out help me feel so much better. What also works for me is i love music its my passion, so when i feel like its to much, i will crank up some music and dance around my lounge room like a crazy person. Another thing i do is cook. All of these things take my mind of anxiety thoughts and i feel better after. I still have bad days when nothing works but for the most part it helps.
