Mummy Life!

Ladies, I am at my wits end the last few days. I have a 2.5yr old and 4yr old. They have been fighting, giving attitude and I'm finding it very hard to even LOOK at them. What on earth do other mums do with their toddlers on a day-to-day basis around home? I'm sick of spending money and taking them out can be difficult on my own without hubby as they both have minds of their own (as they all do but the thought of it just gives me anxiety). Please tell me I'm not alone in this! I'm at a stage where if the kids even touch me I start to lose my cool (yes, even for a hug and I feel terrible!).
Have previously suffered pnd and anxiety (still working on that one).

It's soo normal I think for a lot of mums! Least it is for me. I sometimes wake up and after a few hours I too lose my cool and don't even want to be spoken too or looked at by them lol. I understand taking them out everyday to keep the busy can be stressful on your own, I just try and find new ways to keep the entertained like a play water trough outside, a tv all day with favourite movies on even if they aren't watching, sometimes they just get distracted for a while.. sitting them down with play dough etc.. mine seems to only get distracted by things for not very long but Even putting them in the bath with heaps of toys and letting them play during the day (and only a small amount of water and keeping an eye on them)
Your sure not alone and some days I too struggle to make a day at home and okay day, it's normal but just try and find new and different things for them to do. It is hard but don't feel bad that u feel this way I know sometimes u feel so alone and agitated but welcome to mother hood lol :)

You are completely normal!! I feel like that all the time!!

Take them to a fenced off park with a picnic. I only take my 3 kids to fenced of playgrounds ( 2 with ASD and one ADHD) all 3 have minds of their own and I'm always on my feet but it's doable. Having fun doesn't have to cost anything. Buy some chalk and draw on the drive way, buy some paints and create some wrapping paper, playdough, bake some cookies or a cake, my two younger kids fight like cat and dog and sometimes I have to give myself a time out so I put on a movie i know they both really like and grab some time for myself.
