change to agreed contact dates

Just wondering if you could post anon for me.. I've agreed to change my ex partners access visits to suit his work. Even though family orders are in place (as it states as long as changes are agreed with by both parties) after he asked nicely to have children for longer than his usual holiday times..so i cancelled thr kids off a family trip to the east coast (I'm in WA)..so then I get a text asking to collect them earlier than usual on xmas day..and was told he couldn't have them AT ALL over the school holiday period.. so we managed to get tickets reinstated at our own cost and now he's mentioned to the kids he wants them for a visit on the DAY we are due to fly out... what can I do..I've cancelled then reinstated trip accomodation and flights TWICE to suit my ex partner (who is a nasty vindictive individual at the best of times) and now it's looking like he's going to ruin our trip away as he knows when we are leaving and returning... am I obligated to allow him a visit and can our trip or do I refuse as the last contact stated he couldn't have them at all? And we've since made plans AGAIN to include the children?? If I don't agree what can he do?? And yes I will be seeking legal advice from legal aid and also asking the family Court.. i just wanted to know if other mumma had been in this situation and what was the plan?

No you are not obligated at all! You BOTH have to agree to any changes. You have plenty of documentation that you've tried to accomodate him the court would think he is being ridiculous if he took it that far!
