My only son is 3 years old, has autism and sensory development disorder. Im constantly pulling my hair out daily because my son has to put his hand in his nappy everytime he does number 2s. Its so frustrating his hand is full of poo at least 3 times a day and i just clean it change him and tell him off but he will do it again! What should i do to try and stop this behaviour. Nothing works, he even gets his hand in it when wearing onesies! Please help

At work we use zip up all in one swim suits and put them on with the zip up the back (even if they are on backwards). The fabric is cool and lightweight so they can be warn under clothes!
