Menstrual cups

I have just bought a menstrual cup Lunette brand and I feel like it's in correct as I don't feel it other than the stem is rubbing on the outside on one side.
I've cut the stem but still feel it what am I doing wrong? I feel like I can't put it in any deeper I have the model 2.

I use this brand, i didnt cut the stem i use it as a measure to make sure its fully in. The other thing i find is the easiest way to insert it is to squat and insert. Also if you let the cup go before its totally open it kinda gets a.suction which is uncomfortable i find it has to be open fully before letting it go so it can suction. Once you have it all under control these cups are the best thing ever invented.

I have this brand also and have the same issue. However I have a prolapsed bladder which makes for a bit of an issue. If you have these issues as well, it could be the problem. If not, I'm sorry but I'm not sure what the issue could be with it.
Note-I never had an issue with placement at all until after my second child. After my second child I got the prolapse and it ceased to work as well for me.
