Dry & Dishevelled Hair Advice

Dry and Dishevelled Hair Advice.

Hello all who recide in this lovely community. I currently have pretty long and thick hair and even though I know the hair on my head could desperately do with a little trim (and by little, I mean probably just all cut off at this rate) does anyone know of any lotions or potions that could help with bringing my hair back to some normality. I feel as though a pack of desert tumbleweeds have taken refuge on my scalp in order to out roll these dry conditions!!! I wash my hair and brush it, only to wake up in the morning to a matted birds nest on my head that belongs to a bloody annoying Indian minor bird and definitely not an exotic lush king parrot. I feel as though it is so dry and feral that each strand rubs up and down each other until they form a knot on my head, just for some fun, seeing as though it's probably a boring and sad life looking so damn dry and dishevelled all the time!! ????

HELLLPPP!! ??????

Have you tried a mix of coconut oil and honey like a hair mask? A good hair treatment and a silk pillow slip and plait your hair before you go to bed.

I'll have to give this a try. I definitely sleep on a silk pillowcase already and sometimes I definitely think it does help, but then I also think sometimes that my hair can't be saved hahaha thank you so much!!!

Kerastase hair oil. There's a few cheaper ones which are ok but Kerastase is the bomb!

Kerastase is fantastic.
Aldi maroccan oil shampoo and conditioner have been great, wash hair every second day.
I used to leave conditioner in my hair all day and put it in a bun.

I was a learn to swim teacher for 6 years with varying lengths of hair within that time.
