About 2 weeks ago my nine year old was punched in the testicles now my question is 3 weeks on he is still in pain we had an ultra sound today that showed he had bruising (bleeding) inside the scrotum but 3 weeks on should it still be real sore to touch or even not to touch he just seems to be in a lot of pain???

The bruising would be painful but I'd be getting him looked at again. That's a long time for it to be still painful. Poor little guy!
