I'm looking for some thoughts on pursuing some Human Resources Qualifications. I am currently completing a certificate 4 in business administration. After I complete this I am hoping to either do a certificate 4 or Diploma in Human Resources. I can get the cert 4 for $240 (single parent discount through OTEN). The Diploma will be around 2,000 (I can put this on VETFEE Help), but I do have a HECS debt. I was studying early childhood education but for very valid reasons this is no longer what I want to do so already have a HECS debt. I just wonder if it's worth completing the Diploma for more money or if there are jobs available at a cert 4 level.

Sadly most places (I've noticed here in SA) find a bachelor an advantage. Perhaps get in contact with a careers counselor or someone within HR for the best answer.
