Help - How do I find a good babysitter
I am a single mum of a 6 & 4 year old and work full time. The father has nothing to do with the kids so I get very little time for myself. I have very little family around to help out either and they are busy with their own lives. How do I find a reasonable priced babysitter that maybe able to do weekends every now and then so I can have a break? I really want to go away for a holiday by myself to recharge as I feel like I am going to explode!

What area are you in?
I found a lady on my local fb buy swap sell page.
She advertised on there and I met up at a park with her for hour to see how she was with kids, also rang reference and her work which is a daycare she's worked at for 5yrs.
Then I did a few small nights out ie just dinner and quizzed my 5yr old after lol. She's so lovely I use her reguarly now.
Maybe ask on your local page. Make sure you check references etc
Does your youngest go to daycare while you work??
Quite often the younger teachers ( without kids of there own ) do babysitting privately outside of hours so you could ask if any are willing too and that way it's someone your child knows
