Healthy pregnancy

I'm 16 weeks pregnant. I've made some silly decisions during this pregnancy. I binge drank twice. They were 5 weeks apart. No excuse. I'm not going to justify it, trust me, I know it's wrong and I have done a terrible thing. I got way too carried away and I have promised myself I will not do this again. I'm wanting to spend the rest of my pregnancy doing what's best for my body and my unborn baby. I want to maintain a healthy pregnancy and I'm wondering what are some healthy things people did religiously through their pregnancy? Whether it be goibg for a walk, having a daily smoothie, specific "diet" to get nutritious meals.

Do not go on a fad diet. Just eat like a normal balanced healthy person. Think a quarter of your plate protein, a quarter of your plate carbohydrate, and half your plate vegetables. Don't drink, don't smoke. Get some sleep, and engage in some regular gentle exercise like walking.
If you need some guidance please speak to your GP they can refer you to a dietitian for advice on what to eat.

I looked after myself and my growing baby. Eat healthy, eat well, enjoy it. Drink water. If you crave a burger have it. Go for walks and swim. Get a massage. Relax your body and mind. There is no diet and no hard rules just take good care of yourself.

You clearly need more help than just tips on how to be healthy. If you've binge drank twice in the 16weeks you've been pregnant, knowing full well that you're pregnant, you have a drinking problem and you need to get help. I hope you get yourself better and your baby comes out healthy
