I've tried google and couldn't get any answers.
I know of a foster child with an intellectual disability who is being abused but I have no idea where or how to report this??
I've called docs before and they said they don't deal with foster children but couldn't tell me who to call.

Otherwise I'd ring the foster care enquiries line 1800 2 FOSTER
If neither of those can point you in the right direction contact your local member of parliament!
Maybe make a complaint at your local police station.
