Ok first a bit of back story I had a tubal ligation after my last pregnancy as i was in a very unhappy marriage and couldn't have any more children to him, but long story short after 5 year and a divorce later im now with a amazing man who is my everything
We had decided we would like to have a child together as i always wanted more anyway lol so my question is A) has anyone else had a tubal ligation reversal B) whats the cost involved and C) is maybe ivf a better idea

when I had my tubes done I was told.
1. It costs in the thousands
2. Most of the time it isn't successful (although can depend on your age and the actual procedure you had, scar tissue etc)
3. There is a high chance you will need IVF anyway.
I'd be talking to a specialist but I'd be planning on IVF as it will probably cost the same!
Quotes for without private health insurance range from $7000-10500 and that is with a micro surgeon!
I was looking into this a little while ago with my amazing new partner. I got my tubes tied after my third. Reversal isn't a viable option as mine were cut and burnt. We'll be starting IVF next year. I had no problems conceiving my 3 although had a few miscarriages in between pregnancies. I wish you good luck in what ever you choose to do.
