Hi ladies! Just wondering if anyone with twins knew what their HCG levels were at 4 weeks since LMP (approx 20 days since ovulation). At 3 weeks mine were 99 and 4 weeks 1074. With my daughter there were at 50ml at 4 weeks and im slightly freaking out at the prospect of twins.

I can't tell you what my sisters were, but I can tell you she was sick (when she wasn't with her singletons) ate like there was no tomorrow and her belly grew very very quickly. with both sets! Yup she's had it twice. The doctor didn't even tell her that her HCG levels were high after her pregnancy test.
At 12po (post ovulation) my levels were 248 with my son! (And the doctor at the hospital told me it was too low and I was likely miscarrying, I wasn't lol) I think it can vary greatly from pregnancy to pregnancy!
No idea what my levels were but having twins isn't as scary as you think it's going to be. Contact your local multiple birth association, they give brilliant support through pregnancy and after and they have all been through multiples.
