Going from 3 to 4 children

Those with 4 kids, how big is the change from 3-4? I'm a mum of all boys and considering trying for #4, we'd love a girl so undecided as to whether or not to go down the road of IVF overseas or try to sway. It just seems like such a big decision, from 3 to 4 and so many things would change. We have a big enough house and car but I do worry about the costs also. My partner earns 130k+ a year and i have good earning potential also, but I do worry about whether or not we can afford it. But I don't want to get to an age where it's not an option and regret not having another and I just don't feel done yet!

I have 5 boys.
I had 3 under 18 months (one then twins).
I was happy to stick with that.
When I fell pregnant with number 4 I cried for days! What happened with number 5? More crying and I sent hubby to get the snip!
The biggest change was the car as we only had a 5 seater. I was actually glad he was a boy because we had to have the kids share rooms. 2 in each.
As for the increased effort I didn't really notice and I think once you have three there is hardly any difference. You're already exhausted 24/7 so one more doesn't make it worse.
We were also dirt poor. He was in and out of work and I was a stay at home mum. You can make do. If you're already set with the house and car it's not an issue.
Anyway. I'm glad he's here as I am glad his brother is. I couldn't imagine my life without them. It was hard but the sacrifices were worth it.
