Be warned this is a Little tmi!!! I had been on the depo needle for the better part of 3 years but had to change due to major weight gain spoke with the doctor and we decided that the implant for me got it put it around 3 months ago (and lost 5 kg in that time :) ) but theirs last week or so I have felt off really sluggish and just overall yuck yesterday I had some light spotting and a few clots of blood over night I have had lost of stomach pains and cramping then this morning I passed a large clot about the size of a ping pong Ballard nothing else since, is it possible I had a miscarriage? Should I see a doctor? Should I tell someone? I'm really not sure what to do

Talk to a doctor.
It is possible you have had a miscarriage, it is also possible that your body was just cleaning itself out, with all the hormones being changed . Best bet is to speak to a Dr and get their opinion, maybe a blood test, best of luck
