I have a question I am so stuck my husband and I have 3 beautiful kids together 9,5,4 we currently live about 1 hour drive from my family his family live interstate and we only get to see them 1 time a year sometimes 2 if we are lucky I don't get help from my family hear but we can never afford to go see his anymore times a year I really hate that we can't we are in a position to move around the corner from his family and maybe get more help with the kids we would be no better of hear or there my only fear is that we move there and I won't get to see my family anymore than 1-2 a year which I am not sure I can as it sucks only seeing his as for the travel to see my family we see them about every 5-6 weeks when we go there they don't drive hear to see us because my dad still works his mum and dad are retired now and would have more time I worry about changing my 9 year olds school what happens if he dosnt make friends I just don't want to make wrong decision for my family please help what would you all do

If there's no opportunity to be better off there I wouldn't move. Save the moving money for a move to better circumstances, work or lifestyle not just a maybe. As much as his parents would no doubt love to see their grandkids more I wouldn't expect because they're retired that they're going to be helping with the kids, they've raised theirs and are living the life they've worked hard for.
