Hubby and I have been TTC for 3 years, about to start IVF when we fell pregnant naturally. Initially we were OK. Since I've started to really show and have a proper baby bump hubby is put off. He's not interested in touching me, not interested in sex, barely any affection at all.
I'm really struggling with this and wondering if anyone else has gone through it.
He has admitted that he finds it odd when I have spoken to him abut being freaked out by my body. He was like this when I was pregnant with our first as well.

Men are strange creatures.
This behaviour is absolutely normal for some men.
You said he was like it with your first, so you knew what to expect.
A lot of men feel like they'll hurt the baby. So your partner may be being extra cautious because this baby has taken a long time to get where you are.
My husband was the exact same. As soon as I fell pregnant with our first, he stopped being intimate with me. It is normal for some men to not want it whilst you are pregnant. However!! Make sure he doesn't get to comfortable with not being intimate especially if you are wanting it and need it. My husband became used to no being intimate. Since having our daughter (who is now 5) I'm lucky if I get it once a year.
My husband was exactly the same. He later admitted he found the whole idea of sex during pregnancy weird. After our daughter was born he went back to normal. But to be honest, after labour and with a new born baby he was lucky to get within touching distance of me. Lol.
