Hi everyone , Feeling very alone i suffer from depression but of late its been a constant struggle. I feel like im failing my whole family especially my children. I have wonderful children and a very supportive partner i should be happy. I snap at the smallest things. Can anyone else relate ?

You are so not alone! There are many of us out there who are going through the same daily struggle. It sucks that so many of us are too afraid to say anything! Have you seen a doctor? Or talked to your partner? Maybe look for a support group in your area? I know when things seem to be getting too much for me, I go to the beach and feel so much calm come over me. I call it my happy place. Maybe find a place that makes you feel peaceful! Good luck and stay safe! You are loved and needed by your beautiful family!
Have you considered using doTERRA's essential oils? I diffuse certain oils to help calm and relax me and also apply topically. They have helped so much. If your interested in more information I'll be happy to help.
I feel ya. I have absolutely everything I want 2 beautiful babies 1 on the way (the one i so desperately wanted, the one i conviced my husband was a great idea) i have a wonderful husband who gives me everything i want and need but feel like this all the time i feel like im failing everyone i feel.like my house should be cleaner we should have endless cookies and cakes from baking I've done theybshould have lovely home cooked meals everynight and much more
When I read this it was exactly what I am feeling. I to suffer from depression and same scenario as you. I took a step back today and realised what I have is what every one wishes for so I decided it was back to counselling for me. I need to get it all back into prosepctive and tackle that horrible feeling that is lingering over me. Counselling maybe an option for you or maybe just a good vent?
