Falling off swing, sick and now eyes going funny.

Hello lovely IM's
I'm feeling like the worst mother. My daughter hasn't been well the last few months but the last couple of weeks have been a bit worse than normal. She fell off a swing at the park my sister was beside me pushing her daughter and my daughter just let go. Totally not like her she's 3.5 years old. It was a big fall. I picked her up cuddles her looked at her and freaked out my sister and I were asking her if she was ok. She cried for a few minutes and than wanted to get back on the swing. She played for a bit as well. She seemed fine. Like nothing was wrong.
Fast forward to now. Friday night she started doing funny things with her eyes. She was at my sisters for a sleep over k had a work function on. My sisters husband was at the table and my daughter was in the lounge room he noticed her eyes went funny. One straight ahead the other went in and her eye went smaller. He got up and got her to follow his finger. She seemed ok so they didn't stress about it. Than Saturday night we were all at my parents for dinner. She did it heaps of times there. At the dinner table and I got freaked out she was in the lounge room and I was in The kitchen she kept doing it. One eye would stay straight. The other would sort if flicker and than fo in towards her nose and her eye would get smaller like she was going to sleep but the other stayed normal. I freaked out. I phoned the only optomitrist opened today. They had a quick look and said she had a lazy eye. But I didn't think anything of falling off the swing until my mum said this afternoon and reminded me about the fall and that maybe the reason she has been worse than what she had been before was concusion from the fall and maybe her eyes from the fall too. I've tsken her to the Drs numerous times about her being sick. Like literally all the time at the Drs. Not once did they ever ask if she had a fall and it didn't pop into my head because she seemed fine after she fell off. Even my sister thought she was ok.
I feel like the worst parent ever and i don't know what to do. The optomitrist today didn't do a full exam just a quick 5 min kne said it was a lazy eye and to book an appointment with a kids one.
Yes I'm phoning tomorrow to try and get her urgently into a specialist optomitrist for kids as per the optomitrists instruction today. He said jt wasn't hrgent but at that point I hadn't thought about the fall. And i hadn't thought about it before hand with the other stuff as she's been sick for so long before the fall.
My hearts breaking. I'm stressed out. I'm so worried something is wrong with her. J don't know what to do other than book the appointment. ?

The fall was two weeks ago. Ive taken her so many times because she's been unwell. I didn't take her for the fall because she seemed ok and her normal self after the fall. She's been sick prior to the fall. But her eyes have just started to go funny. I'm def getting her checked out tomorrow but I'm so worried.

I don't see how the fall is related to her always being sick as its only recent, and if she's always sick her eye issue may not be related to that fall.
I'm no expert but I think you're reasonable in assuming that because nothing came of the fall off the swings by that night or around that time to let it go, I would have done the same.
