Who else has an amazing hubby?

Not really a question but some praise for my husband...

Our planned Sunday today was:
Up at 7am for a morning walk (it's beautiful where we live & we have a toddler so what's a sleep in?)
Breakfast on the back deck
Clean a little
Pack a picnic and spend the day out enjoying the sunshine.

Reality:
From 3am I spend the remainder of the morning hugging a bucket on the toilet with a gastro bug bought home from daycare by our toddler. Toddler wakes up at 6.30am and round 2 of the gastro bug hits him.

My hubby is up steam cleaning just about everything and making sure we're both ok - I'm in bed and toddler on the lounge with cartoons on. My new best friend is my trusty bucket but I'm also reminded of how blessed our family is to have such a loving caring husband and dad who manages to stay calm when we're all sick.
(He also does so much for his family but this is just an example)

So, in light of wanting to feel better emotionally while I feel so crap physically, it's time to share the love and praise - who else has a partner/husband/girlfriend etc that you consider to be amazing amd why?

Oh no!! I am just getting over this bug... Although I don't have a have a husband anymore, I have two amazing kids who let me stay in bed for a few days.

Get well soon

My son is pretty incredible. We work as a team. Despite having ongoing conditions he has really stepped up a number of times.
He has been a trooper when I was taken to emergency by ambulance in the middle of the night. He just stayed with me, or when I broke my arm and broke my ankle, he did everything I asked without complaint.
Recently I've been painting the house and he has been chief cup of tea maker.

Yes I certainly do. My husband has been to every doctors, surgeon and oncologist appointment. He has been to every chemo I've had (approx 6 hours it takes.) he looks after me makes sure I'm ok. Gets our kids feed, bathed and loved for when I can't. He has had to do things for me that no one should have to do for anyone else. He has never once complained and when I feel better he goes back to work and works crazy hours so he can be here for when I feel crap. I'm certainly very thankful for him and I'm lucky to have him. It's such a refreshing change to read something positive about partners for a change. I hope you feel better soon.
