Mental health and suicide prevention.
Hi everyone! My brother in law Josh Illusions, myself Jayde Michael and a small team have kicked started a charity called 'Breaking The Silence' to lightly raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. We're based in Queanbeyan, NSW and we would like to take this further. Our goal isn't to make a bunch of people sit down so we can talk their ear off but more interacting with the community.
We have a great process happening but we are reaching to our community for a little extra help!
Every cent matters to a great cause! If you can take the time to have a read and make a small donation if you can, we would be forever grateful!!
Our contact details are in the link if you'd like to contact us directly with any questions! TIA xxx

March this year my then 15 year old son was diagnosed with depression and anxiety (a week before his 16th birthday).
He's doing much better now and I don't feel so suffocated and stressed out myself.
I can't begin to explain how heartbreaking it is to watch your child go through it.
When you're helping a young person with mental health issues you're not JUST helping them. You're helping anyone who is in their circle.
Thank you for taking initiative in this very daunting task.
Massive hugs!
