ADHD

My 8 year old has just been diagnosed with ADHD MILD RANGE , I'm looking for words of advice tips etc on everything and anything ... Medication , sport , friends , parenting - I feel I'm a complete shit parent as I have had no patients with him lately. He is the middle child of 4 I'm meeting his teachers next week . To talk strategies etc. - feeling lost just want to wrap him in cotton wool to protect him and hug him
