How exciting! What sort of names do you guys like? Traditional, unique, old fashioned etc
A little different but not to extreme. I'm not keen on the very tradional like John, Thomas etc. Being a teacher I'm finding it hard also.
Have a look into your family tree - there are often interesting names - both first and last names - that are worth recycling. And if they are a bit differnet and people ask 'why?' it's so easy to say - 'it's a family name' :) Have fun looking :)
I have a frankie, Rocco and sonny
What kind of names do your girls have? Traditional, trendy, unique? Any theme to them - letter, meanings, origins?
Anything tricky about your surname that might make pairing difficult? How many syllables?
Naming guides say the most pleasing names shuffle up the number of syllables in each part of the name. Bruce Lee and Tom Cruise would run afoul of the guidelines because each is a pairing of two single syllable names. George Clooney and Jim Carrey are both single syllable first names paired with two syllable surnames. To make them perfect, they'd have a three or four syllable middle name, eg George Antonio Clooney and Jim Jonathon Carrey.
I have a Spencer and a Finley, if I had a 3rd son I like Jagger. Happy choosing!
