Hi ladies was just wondering what skin care products other mums use for anti aging.
I have a combination of dry and oily skin and have tried so many different products but haven't found one I LOVE yet. So after recommendations before I waste more money. Haha

Since discovering most products don't do what they claim, I've switched to washing my face with a flannel and water and using a tiny bit of Sorbalene. Never been happier with my skin.
Google The Checkout and skin care. They did a great episode telling you what ingredients in products actually do something.
I have oily skin (still get acne) bit im also trying to fight off wrinkles and every product i tired for ageing skin gave me more acne, i was sent a sample from bella box of 'paulas choice intensive wrinkle repair serum' and it actually worked. My skin doesnt feel as dry but it also doesnt add to the ance problem,it is a bit pricey though but you can look into it and see what you think.
I also use bio oil a few times a week on my face before bed
I don't go for all those expensive skincare brands, I prefer to use as much natural stuff as possible. Aloe Vera and Coconut oil is great for skin. My mum uses Epsom Salts mixed into warm water. She'll often put it all over her face and sleep with it on. I've really noticed a difference to her skin since she started using it. She's almost 60 and people just about fall over when she tells them how old she is!
I use a scrub made with pink himalayan salt and apricot oil. Then I rinse it off and apply apricot oil as a moisturiser. My skin is drying out terribly at the moment (heated office) so I've started keeping a little container of coconut oil in my desk drawer for during the day too. The worst thing to do with oily skin is to dry it out too much hence every time I wash I replace the oil. Calendula has been pretty helpful too when I can find it. Other than that I sporadically use random eye creams when I get a bit dry or puffy.
I use the st Ives face scrub and the Sukin natural skin care range

Medi8k is awesome it's a stronger product whereas what you get from the chemist only has a small amount of ingredients. It's what dermatologists recommend but Trina sells it without the price tag. Costs a bit more but so worth it. Grab a package deal, retnol helps with bringing the old dead skin up for renewal, high dose vitamin c serum and a good moisturizer. The first order I got was gift wrapped with a personal card and also free samples included. Absoultely amazing customer service. Let her know that Sarah sent you by sending her my email address bebbingtonsarah@hotmail.com as you can get 28% off your Next order
