This sounds a bit ridiculous, even to go me. I've had a 6 week, 12 week and brief 19 week ultrasound but I've been measuring large the entire time. This is my second pregnancy, but my son was measuring small for the entirety of the pregnancy and turned out to be over 9 pounds. I gained 12kg with him but I've gained 14kg with this one and I'm only 24 weeks along. Could it be possibly to miss a secondary baby? Technology is awesome these days but I'm just not sure! I often feel "full" of baby, like I did by the end of the 40 weeks with my son and baby chooses to be tucked up under my ribs. A second heartbeat was picked up over the Doppler by a midwife during a routine visit at around 22 weeks but I assumed that would of been mine. Has anyone had this happen? My dates might just be really off or I have a huge baby.

It sounds unlikely. Each pregnancy is different and your body often goes 'full pregnancy' faster the 2nd time around.
Bring it up at your next appointment but it would be a rare occurance these days.
With my second I measured almost a month bigger. I had a 10lb 8oz baby. If you were having twins it would be extremely unlikely that they haven't picked it up by now.
every pregnancy is completely different and you could be holding a lot more fluid, different hormones - anything! You never know though, stranger things have happened.
With my second i always measured bigger and i also gained a total of 20kg compared to 9kg with my first and i also measured spot on woth my first. There was only one in there... I'm currently 9.5 weeks pregnant with my third I am already very much showing I'm pregnant and have been showing since i was 5 weeks. I've also already gained 10kg for this pregnancy I've had a few scans now and will have my 12 week soon and it is confirmed I definitely only have 1 in there. Chances are if you've had 3 scans already and nothing has been detected chances are you only have a singleton in there.
Please I beg you - if you have any gut instinct have it thoroughly checked ! Yes it can still happen nowadays, right up till the last minute of delivery. Thank god we have one precious baby to cuddle and love but i will never forget being told another baby was delivered on the way to theatre for what they thought was an internal bleed.
