IVF in 40's

Hi I have a close friend who is in her early 40's and is trying IVF. Both her and her husband have been tested and all is fine besides her only producing one egg each month. They have tried this twice so far. She wants to know if there are any other venues she can use or avenues to take and what are her chances when trying in her 40's. I'm guessing she has asked her Dr about this too but she is lost and wants some more help. So if you can that would be fantastic. Thanks so much :)
