My husband and I really really want to buy a house! We are so sick of renting and want the stability for our 3 children. However, we don't have a deposit or a guarantor and I'm on centrelink (hubby works full time). Is there anyone out there that does home loans with no deposit or guarantor?? Any help is appreciated! Speak to a mortgage broker. They know all the tricks, what schemes/grants etc are available in your state.
But honestly with no savings it doesn't sound good.
