Puberty blues - save me!!!

Oh please help, my daughter is hitting puberty and she's awful.
I love her and we have some really brilliant times connecting even when she losing it.
How do you get through your daughter being hormonally mental and crying/screaming at every single thing she possibly can. Can't shop, can't not shop, can't play music, wants to play music, can't stand being around people, wants to be with her friends.
Advice please - just no books I have no time to read.

I have told my daughters when they feel like this it is time for them to put themselves in timeout. They tell me they are feeling cranky and irritable and i let them go. They can do anything they like in their rooms for a period of time and I keep their little sisters away until they can be civil. Sometimes they are in there for 5 mins sometimes its for an hr. But if we are going out somewhere or doing something they do have to toughen up and be a part of it. I also usually give them sometime before i go and talk to them about how they are feeling.
