How do i get her to sleep on her own again?

My 14 month old will not sleep with out me holding her.
Up until 2 months ago my 14 month old slept in her own bed, slept 9 til 7:30 every night. She got a cold so she spend a few nights upright on my chest on the lounge or propped up next to me in my bed just so we could both get some rest. Fast forward to now. She will NOT sleep unless she's laying on me, day sleep included. As soon as I put her down she wakes straight back up. I'm getting so frustrated, I have to hold her while she sleeps 3 hours during the day (if I'm lucky I can put her down for half an hour). And night time I pretty much hold her all night. If I put her in her bed at night she either pops straight back up or lasts an hour or so and is crying for me. How do I get her back sleeping on her own?
