Does any one else suffer from raynaud's disease? If so what do you do to help it? My toes are killing me the cold weather is here and keeping them warm makes them itch and hurt. Its a viscous cycle. I've moved south so the weather is colder than I'm use to maybe that is why its so bad!

I have made myself a whole heap of soft socks. They keep my feet warm without the itch. Vicks on my feet also helps.
